County Approves Incentives for Downtown Hotel

County of El Paso Commissioners approved an incentives package for Summit 11 Investments this week, the group that purchased and plans to renovate the former Artisan Hotel building Downtown.

The $551,000 worth of tax rebates over ten years adds to the City of El Paso's incentives approved earlier this year. The project should take about 12-15 months to complete.
