The Dallas-based developer that's helping bring the Fountains at Farah to El Paso will also develop 100 acres of land in West El Paso into a shopping center. A story on kvia.com states that the Centergy Retail could open the future center by 2015.
The center will include up to 800,000 square feet of retail space and could bring 'Fountains' tenants to the new center. West Miller of Centergy Retail states they are targeting retailers like Target, HEB, and Trader Joe's for the power center.
Two properties along Desert Boulevard North make up the area and are divided by Paseo Del Norte.
