Coronado Tower’s $2M Rehab Nearly Complete

The 11-story Coronado Tower on El Paso’s West Side is nearing completion of a $2 million renovation.

Improvements to the building include new elevators, painting, walls, flooring, landscaping, and heating and cooling replacement.

Local businessman Lane Gaddy and a group of investors purchased the building two years ago and have increased occupancy from 40-percent to the current 85-percent.
