The 60,000 square foot Cardwell Collaborative will now be built next to the large fire station nearing completion on Gateway East Boulevard just east of Raynolds Street. That property was unveiled last year as the preferred location for the structure, which would anchor a Tech Park that will be part of the Medical Center of the Americas campus.
